Weekend tip--don't throw away those broken lures

October 27th 2007 01:53
If you're like most of us, you'll lose a lure long before it wears out. BUT if you hold on to a few lures that simply wear out, make sure you get all usable hardware (screws, diving lips, etc.) off of it before you throw it away. Throw you booty into a box and you may end up with enough parts to create your own lures-- a part here, and a part there, and before you know it, you've taken all that stuff and made something for next season!

Until next time--watch yourself and watch your line!
