Swimbaits have set the world of fishing on fire and are available just about anywhere.
Next thing you know, someone decided they need more action and paddle tails were added.
After that, someone else had the bright idea of hollowing them out and the soft body swimbait was born.

Trouble is, with a soft body, the lure is always swimming off center or, as in my case, the force of the lure hitting the water ruins all the work you put into making sure the it was hooked properly to begin with. (I thought it was just me!)
Those problems can be eliminated with the Canyon Plastics Hollow Body Swimbait Head.
This is a new product which is a jig that SLIDES into the soft body and helps you avoid many of the problems associated with softbodied swimbaits.
Simply cut a slit down the rear back or the lure and slide the head into place before popping the eye out the top of the bait. After that, the head slides right into place without distorting the lure's shape or ruining its action.
