Weekend tip--check your line guides

There's no getting around the fact that cracked or chipped line guides can lead to line deterioration.

A quick check of your guides can be made with a piece of nylon stocking.

Simply draw the sheer material through each guide and if it snags, you may have a problem!

hahaha.... James, James, James....

When I was diving regularly, I used pantyhose to facilitate getting into and out of my damp wet suit several times a day. Works great and is a good source of guffaws when visitors happened by.
