When I ran across this story on the National Geographic site, it had a familiar ring to it.
I was pretty impressed when news of the original discovery first surfaced back in 2008 and thought I'd pass the link along to help make people aware of "new life" under our very noses.
It's nice to know that after the species was originally discovered in 2008, studies were still being conducted in 2010. AND, since it took scientists nearly two years to determine new species were in order, I don't feel so bad to realize it took me 10 months to find the information!
Remember to take the hooks outta yer pocket before ya sit down!
