A little more about fish hearing

If you want to start a debate among anglers, or anyone who even remotely cares about fish, just ask them if fish can hear.

A study at the University of Maryland is confirming what has been suspected all along--fish found in the dark have the best hearing.


It's sort of like that story where someone loses their sight and their hearing becomes super sensitive

By the way, 400 meters is over 1,300 feet so, we're talking about something more than a casual dive!

Really interesting James, but it DOES follow, but it's interesting to have it confirmed and the darker it gets the better you hear, test yourself on this.
