Here's a look at one artist's first attempts at making lures.
Although this video seems to be more a record of his testing than a "how I did it," you can still get some ideas.
Personally, I'd like to know what kind of hardware he was using for his jointed lures. Any jointed lure, regardless of who makes it, has a weak spot when the pieces are joined. I'd like to know what this guy is using and compare them to to my efforts.
Rapala certainly isn't telling me anything!
