Anyone know the name of the little bald guy that Benny Hill used to pat on the head all the time?

Surely he was one of the unsung heroes of that program.

I'm REALLY going through the mental rol-o-dex now. Was it Jackie Todd???? That name keeps popping into my head but I wouldn't sweat to it.
You're right tho. He was one of the best thing about that show!
