What line weight do you use?

March 20th 2009 01:54
Here's professional angler Scott Martin responding to the question "What line test do you recommend?

After watching this video, the logical question may be, "If that's the case, why do you see 2 and 4 pound line in tackle stores?"

Line that light is primarily for ice anglers. When you fish through a hole in the ice that's only 10" wide, you don't have a lot of room to set the hook so you don't have to worry about raunching on the line.

Until next time--watch your line and watch yourself!
