Sometimes, golfers like to practice their drives and pound balls into the ocean.

But, ya hit balls into the ocean and ya never know wheret they're gonna land. It may be like this.
No more! Scientists in Maine have developed a golf ball made from lobster shells which will dissolve in about a week and eliminate some of the dangers to marine life.
The good news is the newly developed golf balls travel almost as far as conventional balls while selling for less than other biodegradable balls on the market.
"Almost as far..." Hmmm, I thought the object was to get the ball as far as possible? Maybe the idea of "lobster shell balls only" tournaments will catch on!

Remember to take the hooks outta yer pocket before ya sit down!
