The San Diego Jam
July 14th 2008 01:47
I heard a cool one today. I didn’t exactly hear it. I ran across it on the web.
As a new devotee of the reverse clinch knot, I was lead onto a fishing knot forum. Low and behold! There’s another name for it—the San Diego Jam!
Don't you think it sort of sounds like a sports team--maybe something from the MSL or Arena Football League?? Maybe it can be a new sports drink?!?!?!?!?!? If Gatorade derived its name from the University of Florida Gators, that idea isn't so far fetched!
Anyhoo—once again, here’s the video showing how easy it is to use it.

Unless I head into some special applications, this knot and the Palomar are just about the only knots I’m using these days!
Until next time--watch yourself and watch your line!
