Being the conspiracy nut I am, I was wondering the same thing when I heard an area previously closed to fishing, is being opened to shrimpers.


That fear was reinforced by this story I found on the Web.

As it states in the transcript, tarballs were found instead of shrimp and some nets were covered in oil.
