Top dog...er..FISH!
July 18th 2008 01:33
Since the majority of the fish I catch are large- or small mouth bass, someone at work suggested I redirect the focus of my blog in order to cater to those anglers.
I'm not crazy about that idea because you're limited by subject matter.
None-the-less, here's a good set up for bass or any aggressive species.
Tie on a small crank bait and then tie on a larger one that's different a little bit behind the smaller one. It will look like the smaller bait is being chased by the larger one.
This will prey on a fish's instinct of top dog in the local waters and will probably result in a bite on the larger lure.

Until next time--watch yourself and watch your line!
