When they do the census every ten years here in the States, I wonder if it really takes that long.
Maybe it does.
It took that long for researchers to determine there are over 1,000,000 different creature in the world's oceans.

But, you have to remember those oceanic researchers were starting from scratch.
When they count people at least they have a starting point.
