I'm glad you asked that--I honestly think they do. It preys on their curiosity. Along those lines, from reading and my own observations, I'm starting to get the feeling that a CONSTANT vibration like you get with a spinner or chatterbait is better than a sharp sudden noise like you get with, say, a few BB's in a bobber or something like that.
