Since we're not supposed to click on our own ads, rather than being tempted, I don't pay a whole lot of attention to what is on my blog. There is one ad I've seen that I'm pretty familiar with and whole heartedly recommend and that is versus.com.
Catering the outdoor lover, they have plenty of fishing and hunting videos. I like sites like this because watching 30 minutes of guys fishing can lead to brain death and the videos focus on the high points of each program and filter out all the pointless scenes. As far as programming, I'm a partial to North American Fisherman and the Bass Pros. Both programs are featured in videos as I write this but, the site is frequently updated so, things may change by the time you read this!
