Weekend tip--cheap beads for your lures
April 18th 2008 01:16
If you spend much time making your own spinners, you know what a pain in the neck it can be to keep buying beads.
A solution I've found is to buy a supply of beads from craft stores. Often times they run only a fraction of the cost of what you find in tackle shops.
When looking for beads, make sure the color is trough and through rather than just some paint on the outside. Look around and you may be be able to find some glass or plastic beads in colors you never imagined.

Until next time--watch yourself and watch your line!
