You can either drink beer and throw out a chum bucket at 45 or 50 bucks a pop or keep busy and make your own.
All you need is a hand turned grinder secured to the back of your boat and a rod suitable for smaller fish. Every time you hook one--into the grinder it goes!
Just remember to be a humane angler and make sure the fish is already dead before you put it in the grinder.
With the cost of marine fuel these days, it's not a bad way to save money!
